ALIGNMENT OF COUPLING AND SHAFTS
Alignments of couplings and shafts by laser guided alignment technology. The laser is used to indicate the individual reactions of two rotating parts’ displacement both vertically and horizontally.

Vibracon SM elements provide an ideal foundation for machinery. The product, patented by Machine Support B.V., permits quick and extremely accurate alignment. In many cases, costly machining of foundations can be avoided.

MEASUREMENT OF VIBRATIONS
Surveillance of machine/ propulsion plants to locate malfunctions through data collection and analysis.

LASER ALIGNMENT
Laser measurements of machine components with alignment laser, to ensure
correct placement and straightening of machine.

Engine/shaft systems are measured with a special gyro/laser. Patented measurement blocks for shady alignment make it possible to carry out measurements of components on floating work areas.

The results of all measurements and analysis are digitally archived. Reports are also provided by our Quality system at the end of the process.
